Sean Hsien is an experienced frontend engineer at Canva since October 2020, specializing in web technologies. Prior to this role, Sean worked at the Country Fire Authority as a senior full stack developer from March 2012 to October 2020, where expertise spanned database management, middleware, and frontend development using various frameworks and libraries. Sean also served as a Java EE developer at New Vision Technologies Pty Ltd, contributing to the development of an online ERP system from January 2008 to March 2012. Earlier in the career, Sean was a consultant at NCS Pte Ltd from January 2003 to May 2007, working on the Revenue Collection System for Singapore Customs and providing technical consultation for an SAP HR system for the Singapore Government.
