Iain Douglas

Iain Douglas is a seasoned investment professional and co-founder of True West Capital Partners, which specializes in private credit funds for middle market companies and private equity sponsors in the US. With a career starting in 2008, Douglas has committed significant resources to acquisitions, buyouts, and growth capital for privately owned and family-owned businesses. In addition to their role at True West, Douglas serves as a Board Observer for multiple companies, including Canvas, Inc., Fromm International, Marine Floats Corp, and CEO Warrior, and holds board member positions at ASTECH Engineered Products, Perimeter Security Partners, and Future Tech Metals. An alumnus of UCLA Anderson School of Management with an MBA in Finance & Accounting and Cornell University with a BA in Economics, Iain Douglas combines extensive industry knowledge with a strong educational foundation.
