Phoebe McClenaghan is currently a Senior UX Researcher at Canvas Reply, a position held since October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a UX Researcher at FOOTASYLUM from November 2020 to November 2023 and as a UX Research Executive at Endless Gain from May 2019 to October 2020, where responsibilities included designing and executing research projects for Ecommerce organizations within budget and time constraints. Earlier roles featured a Sales Advisor position at Next during summer 2017, and as a Shop Assistant at Atkinsons the Jewellers Limited from May 2014 to September 2016, where Phoebe developed technical skills in jewelry. Phoebe holds a BSc Hons in Psychology from Leeds Beckett University, obtained between 2016 and 2019.
