Henry Zevallos

Henry Zevallos serves as the Chief Information Officer at Canvia since November 2022, where responsibilities include directing the strategy and initiatives of the IT department to enhance technology and cybersecurity. Prior experience includes roles as Gerente de Proyectos at Canvia, where oversight of significant client accounts ensured service quality and operational excellence. Previous positions also encompass Regional IT Service Delivery Manager at QROMA, leading IT service projects across Peru, Chile, and Ecuador, and a decade at British American Tobacco, culminating in the Head of Information Technology, where management of IT teams and business relationships was key. Henry holds a Master’s degree in IT direction from ESAN Graduate School of Business, alongside certifications in Customer Experience Management.
