Natalie Rosario Lozano is a seasoned IT management analyst with expertise in process analysis and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Senior IT Management Analyst at Canvia since April 2023, Natalie evaluates and enhances IT processes while executing measurements and presenting results based on data analysis of ITIL processes. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst of Digital Infrastructure Processes at Grupo Coril and an Operations Assistant at Banco de Crédito BCP.
