Sithara Singh

Sithara Singh's work experience includes holding the role of Head of Marketing at Canway (Pty) Ltd since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Unilever for several years in various marketing roles. At Unilever, they served as the Senior Marketing Manager for Deodorants, Skin Care, and Skin Cleansing. Sithara also held positions as the Marketing Manager for Deodorants, Caucasian Hair, and Rama, Stork & Rondo Spreads. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Brand Building Manager for Sunlight Dish and Domestos, as well as a Senior Brand Manager for Sunsilk, Dove Hair, Organics, and Clear. Prior to their time at Unilever, they worked at Zetachem as a Quality Assurance Manager.

Sithara Singh completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in Pharmacy at Rhodes University in 1995. From 1996 to 1998, they attended the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry. In 2002, Sithara pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, which they completed in 2004. In recent years, they participated in digital acceleration programs at Degreed, including the EComm accelerator in 2021 and the Fluency: Understanding the Digital Commerce Landscape program in 2022.
