Charles Sleath II

Charles Sleath II is an experienced maintenance manager with a robust background in the manufacturing and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Canyon Creek Cabinet Company since May 2016, Charles is responsible for designing efficient maintenance operations that enhance profitability, customer satisfaction, and safety. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Senior Maintenance Technician/Lead at Canyon Creek Cabinet Co from February 1997 to May 2016, focusing on troubleshooting and maintaining advanced woodworking and CNC equipment. Charles's earlier experience includes roles at Allied Signal, Raytheon Aircraft, and the United States Air Force, where expertise in mechanical and electrical systems was developed.
