Prior to joining Canyon, Ms. Decaro held positions at Chalkstream Capital Group, L.P., Harbourton Enterprises, Vencast Securities, Goldman Sachs, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Ms. DeCaro is a graduate of St. Francis College (B.S., Business Management).
