Matthew Rodman

Matt Rodman is a Senior Director within the Real Estate Investment team at Canyon. Mr. Rodman joined Canyon in 2022 and primarily focuses on the asset management and business plan execution of equity and debt investments across Canyon’s real estate platforms. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Rodman worked at Broadshore Capital Partners (formerly Lowe Enterprises Investors) and was responsible for asset and portfolio management for the firm’s separate accounts and joint ventures. Previously, Mr. Rodman held positions at Kimco Realty and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Rodman is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder (B.S., Business and Administration; emphasis in Finance).
