Randy Ko

Randy Ko is a Managing Director and Canyon’s Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). Mr. Ko joined Canyon in 2012 and primarily focuses on Canyon’s integration of ESG into the investment process across all of Canyon’s funds and develops the firm-wide framework for ESG analysis, engagement, reporting, and technology. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Ko worked at SAC Capital Advisors as a Credit Investor and UBS Principal Finance with a focus on distressed and special situations in autos, financials, hybrid capital securities, structured credit, and utilities. Mr. Ko is a graduate of Haverford College (B.A., History).
