Scott Borenstein

Mr. Borenstein focuses on investments in the media, telecom, transportation, metals and mining, and broader industrials sectors. Prior to joining Canyon in 2010, Mr. Borenstein was a Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management and at Spark Capital. Mr. Borenstein’s previous experience also includes Business Development at Overture Services and consulting at McKinsey & Company for a variety of Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Borenstein graduated with honors from Princeton University (A.B., Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs) and Harvard Business School (M.B.A., Baker Scholar).
