Lisa Ledesma

In her unique role at Canyon Ranch, Lisa Ledesma ensures that internal procedures match the standard of excellence set for the guest experience. Ms. Ledesma oversees business process improvement to drive continuous advancement of enterprise, cross-functional and departmental processes and outcomes, company project and development initiatives, and the internal reporting processes for promoting and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Prior to joining the team in 2006, Ms. Ledesma owned and operated her own tax, financial services and audit consulting practice. She has also served as a key member of the internal audit team at Tucson Electric Power Company and as an external auditor for Price Waterhouse. Originally from New Jersey, she attended Seton Hall University and graduated magna cum laude.

A certified public accountant and certified compliance and ethics professional, Ms. Ledesma is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Ledesma participates as a member of the Executive Leadership Team of the American Heart Association and Go Red for Women Circle of Red in Fort Worth.
