Melissa Fleming

Melissa Fleming has an extensive work experience in marketing operations and digital marketing. Melissa began their career at JELD-WEN, Inc. in 2009, starting as a Marketing Operations Assistant and eventually working their way up to the role of Marketing Operations Manager. Melissa worked at JELD-WEN for a total of 7 years. In 2016, they joined Duke Energy Corporation as a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and was later promoted to Head of Marketing Operations. Melissa worked at Duke Energy for 3 years. Most recently, Melissa has been employed at CANZ Marketing as the Director of Marketing Operations. Melissa joined CANZ Marketing in 2019 and was promoted to Digital Marketing Director in 2021. Melissa's work experience spans over 12 years, with a focus on marketing operations and leadership roles.
