Caobo is an urban design studio.

We connect vision and reality, translating spatial ideas into viable, long-term developments. By bringing together urban design, ESG strategy, stakeholder engagement, and financial insight, we help communities, cities, and real estate investors co-create vibrant neighbourhoods and resilient local ecosystems.

We focus on sites with unrealized potential, transforming outdated spaces into meaningful places that empower communities, support ecosystems, and generate lasting value.

Our work spans the full investment and development value chain through four connected service clusters:

+ Strategic urban visions
+ Feasibility & programming
+ Urban development strategies
+ Activation & ESG implementation

Inspired by the Caobo tree (mahogany) - a symbol of strength, longevity, and deep roots - we shape urban environments that are regenerative, inclusive, and grounded in local context.
