Michele T. Sweeney, MBA, has extensive experience in technology operations management and information technology. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology Operations Management at Broadview Federal Credit Union since August 2022, Michele also holds a long-standing position as Vice President of Information Technology at CAP COM Federal Credit Union since 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing network, server administration, voice, and help desk support. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Senior Technology Manager at Bank of America, Infrastructure Manager at Fleet Bank, and Information Technology Consultant at Aetna Life & Casualty. Michele earned a Master of Business Administration from the University at Albany and a Bachelor's Degree in Management from St. John Fisher University.
