Rebecca Simpson is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in management. Currently serving as the Contact Center Manager at CAP COM Federal Credit Union since March 2007, Rebecca has also held the position of Assistant Contact Center Manager. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as a Licensed Assistant Manager at M&T Bank for one year and managed a tier one in-store banking branch at Citizens from March 2001 to January 2006. Educationally, Rebecca holds two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees, one in Education/Teaching of Individuals in Early Childhood Special Education Programs from Hudson Valley Community College and another as an Occupational Therapist Assistant from Maria College.
