Steve Guanche

Steve Guanche is an experienced professional with a diverse background in electrical inspection and instruction. Currently serving as a Plans Examiner/Inspector at CAP Government, Inc. since January 2019, Steve has held various roles including NCCER and Mike Holt Certified Electrical Instructor at ABC Institute, and Inspector II, Electrical at the City of Boca Raton. Prior experience includes managing field operations at PCA Electrical Services, serving as Electrical Lead at FortsUSA, and working as an Electrical Construction Specialist. Steve has also contributed their expertise in various capacities as a Journeyman Electrician and Electrical Superintendent, emphasizing customer service and project coordination. An avid motorcycle road racer since the mid-1970s, Steve's early education includes training at the United States Marine Corps Engineer School and completion of an apprenticeship program at LU #349.
