Liz Herbert

Liz Herbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the New Vehicle Data Team Manager at cap hpi since April 2018, Liz previously held the position of Operations Process Specialist. Prior to this role, Liz worked as a Lean Business Analyst at Simpson Millar LLP Solicitors, where responsibilities included eliciting business requirements and applying Lean thinking to facilitate continuous improvement. Liz's career also spans over twelve years at Direct Line Group, where notable roles included Lean Leader and Lean Change Agent, focused on implementing sustainable cultural change and optimizing processes. Liz holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and Sociology from Leeds Beckett University, complemented by a strong educational foundation with 9 GCSEs and 3 A Levels from Outwood Grange Comprehensive School.
