Elline Sicaud

Elline Sicaud is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract negotiation, corporate law, and construction law. Currently serving as a Juriste at CAP INGELEC since May 2019, Elline oversees both client and subcontractor negotiations in French and English, manages legal operations related to corporate transformations, and handles daily legal aspects of construction projects. Previous experience includes a legal internship in Ireland with James Watters Solicitors, where Elline engaged in civil, criminal, and immigration law, and several positions involving financial analysis and legal consultancy at various organizations. Elline holds a Master of Science in Fiscalité and Droit des affaires from OMNES Education, complemented by additional degrees in business law from Université de Bordeaux, and a Baccalauréat in Economics and Social Studies.
