James Hedemark

James Hedemark possesses extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Operations Manager at CAP Logistics since September 2007. In this role, James leads high-performance teams and focuses on operations management, strategy, organizational behavior, and strategic transformation. Previously, James held the position of Manager Mining Group 1, where responsibilities included managing a logistics group dedicated to customizable solutions for the mining industry. James has a strong background in freight movement and supply chain management, encompassing various transportation methods. Prior to CAP Logistics, James was a freestyle ski coach at Durango Winter Sport Club from December 2002 to April 2007. James earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Fort Lewis College between 2003 and 2007.
