Scott Norder

Scott Norder has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Scott is currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement at CAP Services Inc. since March 2023.

Prior to this, they worked at Concordia University-Wisconsin as the Regional Director of Engagement from June 2021 to January 2023.

Their longest tenure was at Lakeland University, where they held various roles including Director of Corporate Relations from January 2019 to July 2020, Regional Director of Adult Education from April 2018 to January 2019, Director of Green Bay and Fox Cities Centers from October 2015 to April 2018, Director of Green Bay Center from November 2009 to October 2015, and Assistant Director of Financial Aid from April 2007 to November 2009.

Scott Norder attended St. Norbert College from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a BA in Business Administration. Scott then pursued further education at Lakeland University from 2009 to 2015, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
