Felicia Deatherage

Felicia Deatherage, MBA, currently serves as a Program of Excellence Reviewer and Child Development Associate Coach at the National Head Start Association, and is an Adjunct Professor of Special Education. Felicia also holds the position of Director of Quality Assurance and Special Services at CAP Tulsa, where responsibilities include developing internal audit teams, ensuring compliance across multiple facilities, and managing disability recruitment and services. Additionally, Felicia works as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Southern New Hampshire University and a Bilingual CDA Adjunct Professor at Tulsa Community College. As Chief Operating Officer at I-35 LIVE, Felicia focuses on staffing programs, financial projections, and leadership training. Formerly, Felicia was the Vice-President of Professional Development and Special Events at the Tulsa Early Childhood Association. Felicia earned a degree in International Business, Marketing, and Management from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Northeastern State University.
