Seth Thomas has a diverse work experience in the field of special education and customer service. In 2014, Seth worked as a Behavior Aide at Beatie Street Preschool and Kindergarten. From 2014 to 2016, Seth held multiple roles at Saint Mary's College of California, including a Student Tech Consultant and Interactive Theater Coordinator. During this time, Seth provided technical support to staff and students and facilitated workshops on power, privilege, and oppression.

In 2016, Seth worked as a Behavior Therapist at the Center for Learning and Autism Support Services, Inc. (CLASS) before serving as an Americorps Member at City Year from 2016 to 2017.

From 2017 to 2020, Seth served as a Special Education Teacher at College Bound Academy, where they provided professional development training, developed interactive learning methods, and managed teaching assistants. Seth also worked as a Cashier Customer Service at Ice Rink Events from 2017 to 2021.

In 2021, Seth worked as a Tutor Teacher at Tutored by Teachers and as a Special Education Teacher at Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy, where they taught virtual classes and developed instructional materials. Seth also served as a Special Education Expert at SpecialEdResource.com from 2021 to 2023.

Currently, Seth is working as an Inclusion Specialist at CAP Tulsa. In this role, they conduct developmental assessments, serve as a liaison for disability services, and accompany families to meetings related to Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) and Individualized Education Programs (IEP).

Seth Thomas completed their education history as follows:

From 2017 to 2019, they attended Oklahoma State University and earned a Master of Science (MS) in Special Education and Teaching.

Prior to that, from 2010 to 2016, they attended Saint Mary's College of California and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

For their high school education, they attended Amador Valley High School from 2006 to 2010.

Additionally, Seth Thomas obtained two certifications - Elementary Special Education (Grades 1 to 8) and MILD-MODERATE DISABILITIES (Pre-K to Grade 12) - from the Oklahoma State Department of Education in September 2019.
