Benjamin Tham

Benjamin Tham is an experienced professional in the engineering and technology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Partnership at Cap Vista Pte Ltd since June 2023. Previously, Benjamin held the role of PMO Manager at Circles.Life from July 2022 to June 2023, and worked as a Senior Associate at Shopee from March 2021 to June 2022, where data analysis and innovative initiatives were key responsibilities. Benjamin also contributed to the Defence Science and Technology Agency as a Programme Manager from July 2015 to February 2021, managing high-value contracts to enhance the Singapore Armed Forces' capabilities. Early career experiences include a role as a Member of Technical Staff at DSO National Laboratories and various internships at Continental and DSTA. Benjamin holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
