Eunice Ooi

Eunice Ooi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Cap Vista Pte Ltd, a corporate venture arm of Singapore's Defence Science & Technology Agency, specializing in investments in deep tech startups relevant to defence and national security. Previously, Eunice held the position of Deputy Director at DSTA, where leadership involved business planning and transformation initiatives, as well as digital transformation efforts across various organizational processes. Additional experience includes a Senior Manager role at IHiS, co-founding spaceSense.co, and project management positions at GIC and CBRE. An engineering graduate from Imperial College London, Eunice furthered education with certifications from INSEAD and Harvard Business School Online.
