Karen (Ditson) Blumhorst has extensive professional experience in leadership and education. As the Company Owner of Capabilities since June 1997, Karen has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills while previously serving as CEO of both Capabilities, LLC and We Can Too, LLC. Additional leadership experience includes the role of Board Chairman for Capabilities Charitable Fund, Inc. from 2008 to 2013. Karen's educational background includes a BS in Elementary Education from The Ohio State University and an MS in Special Education from Wright State University, complemented by teaching experience at Wapakoneta High School from 1985 to 1998.
