Dr. Bowles held various academic and advisory roles, including Chairman of the Academic Board at the Business Leadership Institute from 2018 to October 2023, and Board Member of Engineering Education Australia during the same period. With experience at DeakinCo. and as an adjunct professor at the University of Tasmania, Dr. Bowles has contributed significantly to innovative educational reforms, professional practice standards, and micro-credentialing, supported by an extensive academic background, including a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Tasmania.
