Rongkuan Hu (Frank)

Rongkuan Hu, CEO, MBA, founded StarnaTx and has served as CEO since 2021. He is also an adjunct professor of USTC and Soochow University. Before starting at Starna, Dr. Hu was Director in CSPC, leading several siRNA/mRNA programs and contributed to multiple clinical programs including the first commercialized Covid 19 mRNA vaccine in China. Prior to joining CSPC, he was served as R&D director and General Manager successively in GenePharma. Dr. Hu authored over 50 scientific papers and patents and has more than 10 years of biopharma industry experience. Dr. Hu received his Ph.D. from the USTC and EMBA from CEIBS. He completed his postdoctoral training at UTSW.
