Head Of Fundraising And Communications at Capability Scotland

Ailsa Wallace began their work experience in 2013 as a Rapid Intervention Consultant at Triage Central Ltd. Ailsa then moved on to G1 Group PLC in 2014, where they held various roles including Area Events & Marketing Co-ordinator and later on became an Area Sales and Marketing Manager. In 2016, they joined Macmillan Cancer Support as a Fundraising Manager. Ailsa then transitioned to the University of Dundee in 2018 as a Senior Development Officer. Currently, they are working at Capability Scotland, starting as a Fundraising and Communications Manager in 2021 and recently promoted to the role of Head of Fundraising and Communications.

Ailsa Wallace attended Mintlaw Academy from 2000 to 2006, where they did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. After completing their secondary education, they pursued higher education at the University of Dundee from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they earned a Master's Degree in Psychology. Following their studies at the University of Dundee, Ailsa Wallace enrolled at London South Bank University, where they completed their second Master's Degree from 2010 to 2013. Ailsa'sdegree was focused on Investigative Forensic Psychology.
