Jess McVicar

Jess McVicar has a diverse work experience in roles related to communication, marketing, public affairs, and management. Jess has worked at various organizations, including RSPB, BirdLife Australia, Birds Australia, and Belfast Health & Social Care Trust. Their most recent position was as the Head of Engagement at RSPB. Prior to that, they held roles such as the Head of Communications, Marketing and Engagement, Public Affairs Manager, and Education, Families and Youth Manager at RSPB. Jess also worked as the General Manager & Head of Communications at BirdLife Australia and as a Merger Manager at Birds Australia. Earlier in their career, they served as a Public Affairs Manager at RSPB and as an Internal Communications Manager at Belfast Health & Social Care Trust. Jess McVicar has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of communication, marketing, and engagement throughout their career.

Jess McVicar completed a BScHons degree in Sociology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 1992 and 1995. Later, in 2006 and 2007, Jess pursued a Post-graduate Diploma focusing on Public Relations from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
