Malcolm Payton

Trustee at Capability Scotland

Malcolm has spent all of his life in education, starting as a teacher and moving

on to a number of strategic education roles in local and national government. He has for the last ten years worked as an international education consultant, building the capacity of local education systems in the Middle East, Africa and Asia as well as the UK.
