The inspiration gained from these events improves self-esteem and addresses aspects that affect team performance such as conflicts, stress, inefficient resource utilisation, lack of commitment to timelines, unhealthy competition among others.

These instill a collective desire to exceed performance targets at both individual and team level. As a result, companies have multiplied their sales and organisations have improved the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance and sustainability of their interventions.

The 𝗘𝗥𝗜 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 Training sessions we facilitate build capacity of staff to be facilitators that inspire self reliance in communities. The approach also has a proven record of mindset change and business development, even among those who have never engaged in any business previously.
