Jeff Valdes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tenant representation and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Capacity Commercial Group LLC since December 2014, Valdes has been instrumental in pioneering tenant representation services in the Portland area since 1990, specializing in office and flex clients. Additionally, Valdes is the Executive Director and Founder of The Berean Way, a non-profit organization that partners with local leaders in various countries to address practical needs and promote church planting. Prior experience includes working as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Hume Myers Tenant Counsel from 1990 to November 2014. Jeff Valdes holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oregon State University and has studied at Western Seminary.
