Nicholas Diamond

Nicholas Diamond is a distinguished commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Since February 2020, Nicholas has served as Partner and Principal Broker at Capacity Commercial. Prior to this role, Nicholas was the President and Principal Broker of Real Estate Investment Group from July 2005 to February 2020, where the company facilitated over $150 million in transactions in 2015 alone. Nicholas has also worked as a Broker representing buyers and sellers in investment property and land transactions, reaching over $500 million in sales, and specializing in commercial REO for banks and private equity groups. Earlier experience includes the role of Assistant Project Manager at Gramor Development, focusing on development project analysis and tenant negotiations. Nicholas holds a Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, with a focus on Finance, from Santa Clara University.
