Alan Pearcy

Alan Pearcy is an HR leader and communications professional with over a decade of experience in various roles. They graduated from Bradley University in 2008 with a B.A. in Communications and Advertising and began their career at Leo Burnett. Alan later joined Ragan Communications, where they served as an editor and contributor to PR Daily. Currently, Alan is the Director of People Ops at Capacity, overseeing HR and internal communications while driving engagement and talent acquisition strategies across the organization.
