Luke Burns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and corporate banking. Currently serving as VP of Platform Success at Capacity since February 2025, Luke focuses on implementing and ensuring the success of client automation in support interactions. Previously, from July 2017 to February 2025, Luke held the position of VP of Customer Success at Lucy® AI, where leadership was provided to customer success teams, driving engagement and growth through effective implementation strategies. Additional roles at Lucy included Director of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager. Earlier experience at Wells Fargo involved underwriting and managing private equity-backed transactions in the Technology, Media & Telecom Group and the Financial Sponsors Group. Luke holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship Management from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
