Rodney Kuhn is an experienced leader in the field of contact center artificial intelligence, currently serving as SVP of Contact Center AI at Capacity since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rodney founded and served as CEO of Envision from 1994 to October 2024, focusing on enhancing agent effectiveness and engagement in contact centers. Rodney's expertise includes addressing key challenges in the industry, such as attracting, coaching, and retaining effective agents. Earlier in the career, Rodney was a member of Vistage International from 2003 to 2008 and worked as Lead Software Engineer at Active Voice from 1992 to 1994. Rodney holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering and further pursued management strategies and skills education at the University of Washington.
