Diane Hill

Diane oversees daily operations for the Capano rental communities, which includes managing a portfolio comprised of over 5,000 rental units in the Delaware and Florida markets. She brings over two decades of experience in property management and leadership in the multifamily industry.

Diane has worked in conjunction with the executive team to drive performance at the property level and provides strategic support to her team. She also works closely with human resources in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures, as well as hiring and training programs.

Prior experience includes work with student housing, homeowners associations and a former real estate license holder with the New Castle County Board of Realtors. Diane is a Notary Public and actively involved with the Delaware Apartment Association and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). She currently serves as a Board Member on a Condominium Owners Association.
