Matt Plourde

Leveraging his 20+ years of progressive financial leadership in the private equity real estate industry, Matt brings a unique dynamic to Capano with his operational and financial capabilities across all lines of business as COO/CFO.

Acknowledging the vertically integrated nature of Capano’s vast and diverse portfolio, Matt employs an energetic, participatory management style. He collaborates skillfully with all disciplines of the organization including development, legal, finance, operations, and leasing to facilitate ongoing business activities. Above all, Matt remains focused on building scalable infrastructure, system and process improvements that support the business as it expands.

Matt’s hands-on approach encompasses the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of Capano’s financial operations. This includes but is not limited to all acquisition and transactional activities, critical business functions, and the operational nuances of Capano’s ancillary lines of business. The overall objective for Matt and his team is to enhance operational efficiencies to align with the organization’s growth strategies and drive returns.

Matt holds an MBA in Finance, Bachelor of Arts in Finance, and Bachelor of Science in Accounting, from Villanova School of Business, and is a CPA.
