CEO Administrative Assistant at Capano Management

Morgan is the personnel aide to both the CEO and Board Chair of Capano Management, acting as liaison and point of contact with the executive staff and clients. She additionally provides organizational and administrative support to the leaders of the Marketing, Legal and Finance business units.

Her day-to-day responsibilities vary from finalizing property closings, securing due diligence items and documents, project management, and new acquisitions. She coordinates the company’s goodwill outreach, like spearheading Capano Management’s Hometown Heroes program – an initiative that donated over 2,000 meals to scores of Delaware first responders, as well as teams in emergency departments and ICU departments during the COVID-19 pandemic.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Textile, Fashion Merchandising and Design with a minor in Communication from at the University of Rhode Island.
