Maria Fischer

Maria Fischer has accumulated extensive experience in human resources and management roles over several decades. Since April 2014, Maria has served as a Senior Policy Advisor and Manager of HRM at Caparis, where Maria has contributed to organizational development and integration since January 2002. Prior to this, Maria held the position of Personnel Advisor at DSW Leeuwarden from 1990 to 2001 and worked as a teacher at Woudhoven College for a year. Maria's early career included a position at Hoogheemraadschap van Rijnland from 1983 to 1985. Maria has pursued education at institutions such as Dariuz, Noordelijke hogeschool, RSG, VO, and one additional institution.
