Oleksii Nychyporuk

Oleksii Nychyporuk has a vast work experience in the marketing and sales field. Oleksii began their career as a Manager of Sales at Schuering Ukraina in 2001 and later worked as a Brand Manager at LACUFA GmbH Lacke und Farben in 2003. Oleksii then joined Caparol Ukraine, where they held various roles including Manager of Sales, Region Head of Sales, and Deputy GM & Marketing Director. In these positions, they were responsible for implementing strategies, managing teams, developing business with key partners, and assessing risks. Currently, they are the Marketing Director at Caparol Polska Sp. z o.o.

Oleksii Nychyporuk completed their education in a chronological order. Oleksii first attended the College of Agriculture in Zhytomyr from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Branch Energy. From 1996 to 2001, they studied at the Zhytomyr Engineering and Technology Institute and obtained a Specialist degree in Management. In 2015 and 2016, they attended the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School for an Executive Development Program, with a focus on Marketing. In 2017, Oleksii continued their education at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, completing the Executive Development Program in Strategic Marketing.
