Chin Ai Oh has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2014 when they were an Advisory Intern at Crowe Horwath Malaysia. Chin Ai then worked as a Research Fellow for The Ephesus Initiative in 2016, followed by roles as Campus Chapter Advocate and Children's Futures Research Intern for Love Justice International in 2017. In 2014, they were a Student Body President, Writing Consultant, Tutor, Conference Staff, and Co-President of International Student Society at Taylor University. In 2018, they were a Teach For Malaysia Fellow and Research Assistant for THE EXPECTATIONS PROJECT, and a Personnel Assistant for Ericsen Foundation in 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Coaching with the Enneagram for ennethistogether. Most recently, in 2021, Chin Ai Oh began their role as People and Leadership Development Manager at CapBay.

Chin Ai Oh has a diverse educational background, beginning with a High School Diploma from SMJK Yuk Choy in Physical Sciences from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they also obtained a South Australian Matriculation from Taylor's College in Business/Commerce, General. From 2014 to 2018, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Taylor University in PPE (Political science, Philosophy, and Economics). In 2016, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Oxford in PPE. In 2019 and 2020, they obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education from Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Bahasa Melayu in Secondary Education and Teaching. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained a certification in Coaching with the Enneagram from The Enneagram in Business.
