Chun Shui Tan

Chun Shui Tan is a Senior Software Engineer at CapBay since July 2019, with a proven track record in software development, including a successful migration of the Laravel framework from version 6 to 10 and a PHP upgrade from version 7. Previously, Chun worked as a Full Stack Developer, designing and developing systems that integrated with third-party XML APIs and constructing APIs using TypeScript and ExpressJS, alongside performing data analysis with DBT. Other notable contributions include the design and implementation of a Django web application for extracting data from PDF bank statements and a Google Script web application for automation. Chun also served as a Data Structure Lab Demonstrator and Teaching Assistant at the University of Malaya while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence from 2017 to 2021.
