Amit Sharma

Amit Sharma is currently serving as the Regional Information Technology Manager at Capco since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Zonal IT Infrastructure Manager at Future Group India and DGM IT Operations at BARC India, where responsibilities included defining IT policies and establishing processes based on ITIL v3 standards. Amit has also worked as Deputy General Manager at Reliance Jio Infocomm, overseeing the pan-India rollout of a 4G project, and as Program Manager at Wipro LTD, focusing on process improvement and automation for BFSI accounts. Previous experience includes Incident Manager roles at IBM, with a focus on service management, and positions at Reliance Communications and Reliance Industries Pvt Ltd. Amit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication, with a specialization in Information Security & Service Management from Pravara Rural Engineering College.
