Carly Porter

Carly Porter is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Associate Director and Head of Learning and Development for North America at Capco. Previous roles include Vice President of Learning and Development at Citi, where Carly held various positions within global banking and capital markets, as well as project management within enterprise learning. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Client Account Manager at Phillips Financial Planning Limited, an HR Generalist at Honeywell Aerospace, and internships in human resources at Honeywell. Carly holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Pedagogy from Weber State University.
