Chloe Zhao

Chloe Zhao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Capco since March 2023, Chloe specializes in business consulting, target operating models, process mining, and process excellence, proficient in tools such as RPA, Xceptor, Celonis, and Alteryx. Prior to this role, Chloe was an Associate in BI/Automation at Goldman Sachs from August 2020 to February 2023, where leadership in over ten automation projects was demonstrated. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Operations Analyst at DB Schenker, a Business Analyst at AlgoMerchant Pte Ltd, and a Voluntary Database Developer for the Diabetic Society of Singapore. Chloe Zhao holds a Bachelor’s Degree with First Class Honors in Mathematics Sciences and a minor in Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
