Dee McDougal

Dee McDougal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) roles. Currently serving as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Capco and previously as the US Head of DEI, McDougal has also held significant positions, including SVP of Diversity + Inclusion at Pacific Western Bank and VP of Marketing + Communications at Square 1 Bank. In addition, McDougal is an established speaker and facilitator at #speakerdee and contributes as a member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Group for the American Bankers Association. McDougal holds a BA in Communication Studies and African-American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, along with a leadership certificate from Grinnell Leadership.
