Gazal Sheikh Kapoor

Gazal Sheikh Kapoor is the current Human Resources Business Partner at Capco. Prior to this, Gazal was the Head of Human Resources at Pirata Group from July 2021 to January 2022. Gazal has also worked as the Global Head of People and Culture at Indigo Living from January 2019 to July 2021 where they were responsible for strategic HR business partnership, diversity and inclusion, and agile leadership. Gazal has also worked as the Group Human Resources Manager at DeepGreen Design from October 2015 to January 2019 where they were responsible for business partner HR, diversity and inclusion, strategic planning, organization development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, rewards and benefits, compensation structuring, designing leadership development plans, succession planning, retention strategies, competency matrix, training and development. Prior to this, Gazal worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Willis Towers Watson from February 2015 to June 2015 and as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Willis Towers Watson from June 2013 to December 2014. Gazal started their career as a Talent Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions from December 2010 to May 2013.

Gazal Sheikh Kapoor has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Sinhgad Institute Of Management.
