Juan Francisco Redondo

Juan Francisco Redondo is a seasoned professional in IT and project management, currently serving as Managing Principal at Capco since July 2021, where notable projects include leading IT architecture simplification for a global insurance broker and the implementation of a self-service portal for a tier 1 UK insurer. As a co-founder of Prestanza and an early investor in Rappi, Juan Francisco also brings entrepreneurial experience. Prior roles at EY, spanning over a decade, comprised key delivery and programme management positions on projects involving digital transformation in insurance and banking sectors. Prior positions include Business Analyst II at Pan-American Life Insurance Group and IT Analyst at Accenture. Juan Francisco holds dual degrees in System Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
